Home Canary

I just stumbled upon a nice little mention from Kelly Aiglon on her prettypretty blog Home Canary and I'm here to say thank you! Lots and lots of beautiful stuff being featured over there and I'm delighted to be in such lovely company. Thanks again, Kelly.

Alsoooo, I'm ashamed to say I haven't been very productive the last couple of weeks and I have absolutely no work to share. None! The few times I've tried to sit down and make something happen the results have been less than successful, so I'm taking a little break right now. I'll be back when there's something to be back with. xo!

I've started a little series of paper fawn collages and these are the first two. They had an outing at the Market last week but today marks their first appearance on the interweb. They measure 5" x 7" and are pretty darn cute, in my opinion. All cut paper on illustration board.

I won't be selling any originals until the series is done, if ever, (because I'm greedy with my work that way), but prints will be available soon in the shop. And speaking of my shop, there is actually some new stuff in it right now! Unbelievable. New prints, paper dolls, a notepad, gift tags...Do go have a look.

Market Day

The Paper Apartment was at the South End Open Market in Boston, Massachusetts on Sunday, June 1st. These are pictures!

It was a lovely day! I was really happy with everything I'd made over the last few weeks and it was nice to get a great response from a lot of people. Great weather, though a little on the windy side. We spent the better part of the day trying to keep the merchandise from flying away, but all in all it was a good time. A lot of friends came out to visit and it was just a really nice day. Thanks everyone! We're back on July 13th.
